Earn up to 2,000 Points with Mentemia
As an AIA Vitality member, you’ll be rewarded for actively supporting your mental wellbeing. You can earn 75 AIA Vitality Points per week for participating in at least one activity a day, 4 days a week (up to 2,000 Points per membership year).
Another way AIA Vitality will be offering support for mental health is by adding a Lifeline link to the AIA Vitality app and website. If you, or someone you know, is in distress or needs to talk to someone about their mental wellbeing, you will be able to call or text the free 24/7 helpline via a link in the AIA Vitality app or website. This will go live in the coming weeks.
There is still time to earn extra Points in May
A reminder there is one week left to earn extra Points for physical activity and to refresh your wardrobe with 40% off New Balance footwear and apparel. You have until 30 May to use your unique single-use code, available within the AIA Vitality home hub to receive 40% off full priced New Balance gear purchased via the New Balance website*.
